Ring size is a measurement used to define the circumference (or sometimes, the diameter) of jewellery rings and smart rings.

Ring size can be determined physically with a plastic, paper or a metal ring sizer (as an indicator) or by measuring the inner diameter of the ring that already fits.
Ring sticks are used to determine the diameter of rings' inner edges. They are typically made from delrin, plastic or wood and may also include several materials. Digital ring sticks are used for extremely accurate measurements.
Measuring systems
Standard international
ISO 8653:2016 defines standard ring sizes by the inner circumference of the ring as measured in millimetres. ISO sizes are widely used in Austria and France, Germany (Belgium), France, Germany.
